Abstract

The article examines the role of economic institutions in ensuring the adaptability of entrepreneurs and the economy as a whole in the context of crises, uncertainty and structural shifts. The author considers institutions as a set of formal and informal norms, rules, principles and organizations that create a normative order for economic activity. factors.

Particular attention is paid to the evolution of institutions under the influence of the demands of entrepreneurship, the role of the state and authorized business organizations in providing feedback and institutional reforms. The article emphasizes that the adaptability of the economy depends not only on formal rules, but also on ethical norms and human values - freedom, justice, equality and dignity - that give economic results social legitimacy. The conclusion is made about the need to develop economic institutions focused on a combination of efficiency, moral legitimacy and the minimum necessary state intervention, which contributes to the sustainable adaptation of entrepreneurship and the growth of general welfare.
