Abstract
The rapid advancement of digital technologies is reshaping the strategic management models of enterprises in Kazakhstan and necessitating the re-evaluation of traditional managerial approaches. The purpose of this study is to analyze modern approaches to strategic management under conditions of business digital transformation and to identify the key factors influencing the digital maturity of medium-sized enterprises. Within this framework, the study examines the main directions of implementing digital tools and evaluates their impact on optimizing organizational processes, enhancing managerial decision-making, and developing digital infrastructure.
The findings demonstrate that the success of digital transformation depends on the quality of strategic planning, the competency level of personnel, and the availability of investment resources, which remain uneven across Kazakhstan’s business sector. The research emphasizes the importance of adapting strategic models to the national context and establishing a comprehensive system for developing digital skills. The study concludes that a holistic approach to managing digital change is essential for ensuring sustainable growth and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises.
