Abstract
This article is devoted to the study of organizations and management of goods movement of the transport and logistics system of the food belt of Astana city. As a result of our research, we have revealed that the city's commodity distribution system is currently overloaded, and therefore, in order to improve the management of the logistics infrastructure of the urban agglomeration, it is necessary to optimize the workload of the transport and logistics system. To carry out an analysis and a more accurate study of the issue, the territory of the city has been divided into several mezareons. Each mzaraion was organized by the intersections of main roads and streets. All industrial, production, social and cultural organizations located in each mesaraion were also taken into account. We have analyzed and conducted research on the activity of participants in the commodity distribution chain of Astana. The volume of distribution of commodity flows between the participants of the commodity distribution system was also studied. Based on the conducted research, a fundamentally new conceptual model of the RTLS of Astana has been developed, taking into account the theoretical provisions of transport and information logistics. The main mechanism of the model is built using logistics technologies of commodity movement within the food belt of Astana city. Thus, the commodity distribution systems of the food belt can become a real body that ensures the interaction of all participants in the commodity distribution chain.
